The records have been arranged largely into chronological squence with a file for each year between 1987 and 2010. Records copied for each year will include minutes of committee and annual general meetings, annual reports and correspondence along with some subject files.
Also included are lists of office bearers, copies of newsletters, copies of constitution and by-laws and some photographs.
A computer with cd-rom drive and software to read Adobe Acrobat files is essential to using this collection.
The Men's Probus Club of Weston Creek was established by Rotary in 1987. Among the 24 ACT Probus clubs, it is one of only three for men only.
