Spring school holidays are coming to Libraries ACT


Looking for free, fun and engaging activities for children, teens and families these school holidays?

Libraries ACT has a packed program of events running across Canberra from 28 September to 9 October, with something for every age and interest.

Children can explore mindfulness with Little Breath, Big Calm, meet Constable Kenny Koala, learn coding with Ozobots, take part in Brick Challenges, enjoy family movie screenings, create their own badges, test their skills at Library Bingo Bonanza, and discover sustainability with Super Sorters with Binion from ACT NoWaste.

Teens can get creative with Pages of Positivity: Create Your Own Gratitude Journal, connect with others at the Level Up! Teen Board Game Lounge, or step into the spotlight during Performance Playground, an interactive theatre workshop designed to build confidence and creativity.

Families can also enjoy a range of drop-in activities throughout the holidays, including Puzzle Quest: Brain Teasers & Challenges, available at all Libraries ACT branches. And don’t miss out on our Silent Discos, which is sure to get you dancing,
