Mystery Box Delivery Service Terms and Conditions

• The Mystery Box Service is only available for Libraries ACT members that live in the ACT. If you are not a member you can join online for free.
• Orders for child members will need to be placed by an adult member.
• Contactless delivery conditions apply.
• Limit of 1 box per member (up to 10 items, with a maximum of 5 kg) for each 4 week period.
• Customers cannot select specific titles i.e. they may get some items they have previously read/borrowed outside of this service.
• Time/date of deliveries cannot be guaranteed. Delivery periods will depend on demand and staffing capacity.
