SERIES LIST

A Master File
Master register of club records held by the club and not in the collection at the ACT Heritage Library.

B Weekly Bulletins
Held in the National Library of Australia 1969+ and ACT Heritage Library 2003+

C Minutes 
Mainly board minutes and minutes of Club AGMS.  Date ranges represent actual dates of start and finish per file.  Documents in a given file are for one or more Rotary years.  Some minutes are fixed into two books that have not been put in files but are in correct date place; there is an overlap in dates between these two.  Some date ranges are missing entirely.

D Correspondence
Order of filiing is by date with both inward and outward correspondence comined in a single sequence.  Date ranges per file represent actual dates of start and finish.  Documents in a given file may be for a Rotary year (July to June), part of a year or multiple years, depending on volume of material.  Some date ranges are missing entirely.

E Annual and Quinquennial Reports
Annual reports covering ativities in the previous Rotary year are issued at the changeover of officers each june, and the sme reports also formally presented for club approval (along with financial reports for the previous Rotary year) at the AGM in November, and submitted then to the Registrar of Incorporated Associations.  Date ranges indicate the years of issue per file.  The 1972 annual report is missing.  Starting in 1989, a special review has been issued for each quinquennial celebrations, and these are filed in date order within this series.

F Special Projects
Filed by project with date range given for each.
