 The National Council of Women of ACT (Inc.) was founded in 1937. It is affiliated with the National Council of Women of Australia and the International Council of Women. The Council’s principal aim is the advancement of women and welfare of the family.

These records were presented to the ACT Heritage Library by June Laszlo (Hon. Secretary) on 20th February 2001.
