John Blank arrived in Canberra in January 1965 and Jan a year later. They lived in Hackett, Narrabundah and Deakin before being allocated a government house in Mawson in August 1967. Colour slides and prints document Canberra and the ACT mainly 1965-1983, with Floriade and other Bicentenary / Canberra Day events in 1988, and some photographs from 2005. Emphasis is on public buildings, community events, development of Debenham Street and Bage Place, Mawson, and rural ACT.
