Community Corner returns to Libraries in 2026

Community Corner is expanding - more libraries, more sessions, more ways to connect!

What is Community Corner?

Community Corner is all about connection. This program provides access to information, learning opportunities and meaningful engagement on current topics and issues. Each month, Libraries ACT partners with local organisations and groups to bring them into our library spaces, making it easy for you to discover local services and opportunities available in your community.

Community Corner drop in sessions are free and run every Wednesday and Thursday from 10:15am to 12:00pm during the first four weeks of the month. Drop in at selected library locations to connect with services offering expert advice, referrals, and support.

Which services will be attending?

  • Employment Pathways – OWN NSW – Career support for older women
  • Department of Home Affairs – Information on expired visas
