New self-service kiosks and return chutes
We’re refreshing our libraries and moving to all new self-service kiosks and return chutes. Things will look different, and they will be easier to use.
The new kiosks and return chutes will arrive at libraries branch by branch:
- Tuesday 9 July – Kippax
- Wednesday 10 July – Tuggeranong
- Thursday 11 July – Erindale
- Tuesday 16 July – Woden
- Wednesday 17 July – Belconnen
- Thursday 18 July – Dickson
- Monday 22 July – Gungahlin
- Tuesday 23 July – ACT Heritage Library
- Wednesday 24 July – Civic
- Thursday 25 July - Kingston
Please note, while these are being installed, there may be times when services are limited or unavailable.
On-screen instructions will guide you through using the new kiosks, and library staff are also happy to help.
