Cheryl Anne White was a music teacher and public servant. She built the house at Dixson Circuit, Conder during 1991-1992, and documented the process from greenfields site to furnished house. She left Canberra in 2010, possibly returning to South Australia. The album remained with her host family at Gundaroo, who have verbal permission from Cheryl’s brother to dispose of it.
The collection consists of a photocopied floor plan and front elevation of the proposed residence at Block 12 Section 222 Conder, drafted by JAB Drafting Service in July 1991, and 211 colour prints each 10x5cm.
