Online Story Time with Shelly Unwin

Enjoy watching and reading along with Shelly as she reads There’s A Baddie Running Through This Book. This is a great example of how you can write about baddies!

What you will need:

Find the stolen items hunt

The baddie from Shelly's book has escaped! Help Shelly follow the clues around Woden Library to find the stolen items and get ideas for chasing the baddie in your book. Download the Baddie map and stolen items printout (1.9MB ) to recreate the hunt at home.

What you will need:

  • Printer and A4 paper
  • Scissors

Create a baddie & plan your story

It's time to create your own baddie character. Then make a ‘Wanted’ poster to help capture your baddie and make a plan for your picture book. Watch Shelly's video to find out how and to get some great tips and ideas.

Make your own picture book
