Pay Library Fees

You may have incurred a fine for an overdue loan or a fee for a lost library item. Borrowers will be subject to borrowing restrictions if they have outstanding fines or overdue loans. View details of fines and borrowing restrictions. Follow the steps below to pay fees online with a credit card. Cash payments may be made at any of our library locations. Please note.

Pay Online

• First step is to check the My Account feature of the online library catalogue for the amount outstanding on your borrower record. You will need your library card and your PIN to do this. If you do not have a PIN, ask for one at one of our libraries or ask the Customer Information Centre for one.
• Next, go to the Canberra Connect "make a payment" website
• Next, scroll down the aphabetical  list and select "Library Fine payment
• Next, select the "Internet Explorer" icon under "Online Form". 
• Then follow the remaining easy steps to make your payment.
