Join the library

Joining is free and easy. If you live, work, study or visit in the ACT region you are eligible to become a member. Simply fill out and submit the form below. You may also join in person at any of Library Locations.

A library card will be posted out to the postal address you specify below. You will then be able to:
Access our Online Resources
Search the Catalogue and request titles to borrow
Request titles to pick up at any of our Library Locations

The first time you borrow you will need to show proof of identification and proof of address. If you are under 16 years, the signature of a parent or guardian is also required unless you have proof of independent status. As a member you may borrow a variety of library materials including books, DVDs, CDs, and ebooks. Your library card may be used to borrow from any of our Library Locations.
