Privacy Information for Library Members
Access to Personal Information
Individuals can obtain information regarding access to their personal information by contacting a library manager at any ACT Library and Information Service location. Customers can view their personal details, amend their email address, and notify the library that their mail address needs updating by using a feature of the library online catalogue called My Account. To access My Account, library customers need their membership number and a four digit PIN. Personal information will not be given to a third party without the member’s knowledge and consent, except where it is a legal requirement.
