Creating CDs and DVDs

NTI CD and DVD-Maker This is a CD mastering software package. Using this software and the DVD recorder supplied with the computer, you are able to produce Compact Discs in various formats, including CD-ROM, CD-ROM XA, DVD-ROM, Audio CD, Video CD, Mixed Mode and CD Extra.

Scanning Documents and Photos

PhotoStudio - is an image editing and processing program. It supports various file formats, such as BMP, JPG and TIF, and can acquire images directly from scanners and digital cameras. It is a full-fledged image-processing program with colour correction features and special effects filters.

PhotoBase - is an image database program that allows you to create and edit photo albums, perform image searches and play slideshows. It also supports sound and video files. The Windows version can be used to load images into websites and attach images to e-mail programs.

OmniPage SE - is an optical character reader (OCR) program that converts scanned text data from sources such as books and newspapers into editable text. The converted text can be loaded into OmniPage SE's Text Editor to make any necessary corrections to the text generated with the automated character recognition engine.
