Get a Password

Usernames & passwords are required to access some of our online resources. Follow the links below if you are an ACT Public Library member who already has a user name and password for the resource(s) that you would like to access.

If you are a current ACT Public Library Member and you wish to access one of the resources above, please call our Customer Information Centre on 62059000 for your username & password. Please have your Library card ready when you call.

Alternatively email library.customerinfo@act.gov.au
In the subject line, type the title of the resource(s) that you would like to access.
In the email body type in your:

1. ACT Public Library membership number
2. First name & last name
3. Date of birth in Day/Month/Year format

Your username and password will be emailed to you.

Please Note. The Library Customer Information Centre is only available from 9.00- 5.00 Monday to Saturday. Email and phone requests for usernames & passwords can only be responded to within these opening hours.
