The National President, Ms Lelde McCoy ceremoniously closed the capsule, as part of the Awards for Excellence presentations, held at the National Convention Centre, Canberra, on Thursday August 19 1999. The time capsule was an archive box spray painted with gold paint for effect or possible "photo opportunity". The box is no longer part of the collection.

  • Framed photograph taken at the 1996 Awards for Excellence donated to the time capsule by PRWORKSI - Federal Minister for Administrative Services, Hon.
