Advisory Council visits Swinger Hill 1972

 
The positions of Chair and Deputy Chair of the Advisory Council were elected from the Council, with both elected and appointed members eligible to hold the positions. For a time, elections were held at the first meeting of each year and at the first meeting after each election. Later, elections were held only after each election.
