Bookings are dealt with on a first come, first served basis. Community rooms are available for continuous periods not exceeding seven days. Permanent bookings are allowed, but will be reviewed annually by the library to ensure reasonable access to all groups.

Bookings cannot be accepted where the use of the Community Room would restrict the use of the library facility by other members of the community, disrupt services or place the facility at risk.
