When does the mobile library visit? l Download a PDF version of the timetable for July-August 2009 The Mobile Library visits retirement villages, nursing homes and remote locations on a fortnightly basis throughout Canberra. Any member of the ACT Public Library may use the Mobile Library at any stop and new members are welcome to join on the Mobile. The mobile library has Books in standard print, Books in large print, Books on audio cassette and CD, Captioned and standard videos, Compact discs and DVDs, Internet and much more. Collecting requests from the Mobile Library.All library members who borrow on the Mobile Library are allocated a stop number so that we know where they will pick up requested items. Due to the number of sites visited over a two week cycle, when the Mobile goes out it can only carry requests allocated to be picked up at the stop visited on that particular day. When does the Mobile Library visit?The Mobile Library operates on a two week roster.
